The Family Court Commissioner is part of the Clay County Family Court and hears matters relating to Domestic Relations and Family Law. These matters include establishment of paternity, criminal and civil child support enforcement, child support modification, adult abuse restraining orders, and custody/visitation modification. The Commissioner hears matters filed by the Division of Child Support Enforcement, private attorneys, and pro se litigants.
