Welcome to our Public Access Records. Please read the instructions below to help you navigate this system.

Requirements to connect to our Public Access Records system: (does not pertain to Case.net)

  • Microsoft Windows 32-bit operating system, such as Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.
  • An internet connection.
  • If your computer is behind a firewall, you will require access to 76.222.205.113 and tcp port 2100 to allow access. (Ask your computer department or IT professional.)
  • To print information, you will need to have a printer connected. (Local or Network)
  • Windows 95 users need this update to use our Public Access Records system.

Note: Due to the vast amount of firewall packages available on the market today, we will not be able to help you configure your firewall package. If you believe your firewall package is preventing you from accessing our public records, please contact the vendor or the people who manage your firewall for support.

The application may be downloaded to your local computer and run from there by right-clicking on the Agency Password Access link, choosing to Save Target As..., and saving it to a location on your system. However, if you do this and in the future have problems connecting, please re-download the application from our website to make sure you have the latest version.

Macintosh operating systems are not currently supported, but may work with the use of an emulator such as Connectix's Virtual PC.
